Aims and Objectives
The Online Clinic aims to provide a range of confidential, high quality online healthcare services to adult patients in compliance with the National Minimum Standards and Regulations of the Care Standards Act 2000.
Registered Provider
The Online Clinic is owned by Online Clinic (UK) Ltd., 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3XX and is registered as a UK company at Companies House.
Registered Manager
The Online Clinic healthcare service is operated on a day to day basis by Managing Director, Mr Robert MacKay who founded The Online Clinic in 2004.

Kinds of Healthcare Services
The Online Clinic offers an online Internet healthcare service, which includes private and confidential online consultations, medical diagnosis advice, and prescribing and supply of medicines in relation to the following medical conditions;
- Impotence
- Sexually Transmitted Infections
- Smoking Cessation
- Weight Loss
- Female Sexual Dysfunction
- Influenza
- Hair Loss
Patient Consultation
Patient satisfaction surveys are carried out regularly by The Online Clinic to seek the views and opinions of patients who access the online healthcare service. The survey is in the form of a questionnaire and is available for all patients to complete online at any time. If preferred, a copy of the questionnaire can be sent by post to a patient's home address.
It is the responsibility of The Online Clinic to collate the results of satisfaction surveys and produce an annual report on the views of the healthcare service being provided. This report is available for existing patients, prospective patients and a copy is sent to the Care Quality Commission, which is the regulatory body that formally assesses The Online Clinic healthcare service in the UK.
Complaints
It is recognised that there may be occasions when a patient may wish to complain about an aspect of the healthcare service on offer and The Online Clinic welcomes any comments or suggestions from patients at any time. We have a complaints procedure for your information and Mr Robert MacKay, Managing Director will be happy to consider your complaint at any time.
