Medicines are exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulation 2000 so we cannot accept a return of goods for resale as
there is no way of ensuring the integrity of the medication. However, if you are
dissatisfied with the medication that we have supplied, you should contact us
within 2 working days of receipt of your medication, explaining the nature of
your dissatisfaction. If any of the following apply, we will issue you with a
full refund or replacement goods:

Although Online Clinic (UK) Limited makes every effort to
ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, if your goods arrive
in a damaged state you should contact us without delay, but within 2 working
days, explaining the nature of your complaint.

Every care is taken to ensure that we despatch the
correct medication. If the medication that you receive is not what you
ordered then we will offer to exchange your item or offer a full refund. You
must inform us of your concern within 2 working days.

If your item does not arrive and it cannot be traced by
Royal Mail then we will despatch a replacement item immediately by Royal
Mail Special Delivery at no extra charge.
If you have paid a supplement for
Royal Mail Special Delivery and your item does not arrive within the
scheduled timescale, we will refund the supplement that you were charged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
